We are AnnTac, the software company founded in 2012 by Mark Bosscher and Edwin Pinkster. With more than 20 years of experience in the DMS ICT and software development, we were wondering why many of the DMS solutions are so complex and why the technology could not be used more efficiently.

We decided it was time to put simple and smart DMS software on the market. During the development of the software we were constantly aware of the actual and commonly occurring business processes and human actions. Not surprisingly, this is reflected in our solutions in which the automation of time-consuming tasks is central.

FILE ARCHIVING

AnnTac makes file archiving efficient and easy, leaving more time for you to perform other tasks

No unnecessary waste of time with the physical archiving of documents, but automatic linking of documents to the right file. Your documents can be found quickly anywhere, anytime.

We develop the software ourselves and can therefore respond directly to the needs of our customers! The software uses Artificial Intelligence and improves itself based on the existing archive. Thanks to accurate automatic recognition, the system takes a lot of (repetitive) work off your hands.

Edwin Pinkster


I am Edwin Pinkster, founder and account manager at AnnTac. I will be happy to assist you in offering an appropriate document management solution within your company.

Work experience
After training to become a supermarket manager, I decided to do something in ICT. As an IT professional, I have always been interested in facilitating life through technology.

My first job in 1999 was with the Document Management company ZyLAB . Here I started in the support department and through relevant projects in various countries for 7 years I have seen a lot of the world.

After this, I worked as a Business Analyst at the ICT department of Sargas (currently Maandag®). This organization was quickly taken over and made independent. The new owner would like to take me as an IT manager to set up a system for this new organization. I could not decline this offer.

After 2 years of busy setting up a completely new environment in a fast growing company, it was time for a new challenge.

Start AnnTac
Due to a combination of circumstances, I have set up a first Cloud system for a number of customers, a server with which companies could work online. I have focused more and more on this and with this idea, I started the company wijwerkenonline.nl. In 2012 I met old ZyLAB colleague Mark during a holiday.

I had been thinking about an idea for Document Management for some time. This idea came up while drinking a beer together. Shortly after this, I founded AnnTac with Mark. Now I focus 100% successfully and happily on AnnTac for more than 8 years.

With many satisfied users/customers, a 3rd account manager and a lot of inspiration for the further development of our software, we are proud of where we are now and we feel confident that we can further expand our market.

MARK BOSSCHER


I am Mark Bosscher, founder and Technical Director at AnnTac.

Background
In 1997 I graduated at the Utrecht University, with a master degree in theoretical physics. It was during this study period that my interest in complex programming projects was aroused, so that after graduating I decided to further develop my skills in this field.

I gained insight through extensive experience, both nationally and internationally, in the development and installation of Document Management Software (DMS); as an example I cite the activities at various international war crimes where thorough document research is of great importance.

I gradually developed more ideas to create a universal software package for document management, equipped with advanced functions related to automatic structured archiving and distribution of document flows. Product development and the analytical unraveling of unusual, typical problems in document management of organizations has thus eventually become my specialty.

Logging in to the closed page of OnView ensures that each administrator, debt counselor or income manager has unique data and that your information is not visible to other administrator (s) using OnView. Within OnView you can then build entire online client files, enter periodicals and monitor transactions.

OnView also offers the possibility to produce very simple, different, clear reports and standard letters. OnView has more than 15 years of experience in debt counseling and administration. The package has been developed by both starting administrator (s) and the more experienced administrator. Regular consultation on how to deal with debt counseling or administration ensures that the user is provided with new versions and possibilities of the software.
