ANNTAC SUPPORT


AnnTac Archive:
We provide various support systems available to our customers, including software and other solutions. If you experience problems with your AnnTac archive, select the “Report a problem” option to report the problem.

When you have a problem, always report it immediately and provide us with as much information as possible, including answers to the following questions:

  • Do only you have this problem? Do the frequent users in your office encounter the same problem?
  • During or after what action does the problem occur?
  • Have you changed anything on your own computer or in the office that could possibly affect the problem?
  • Name of your organization. Your name.
  • Your contact details: telephone, email.

Outlook Plug-In:
If you are archiving email via Outlook and experience a problem, you can report the problem via the “Report a problem” option in the Add-ins menu:

While the functions are being used, our support team will immediately receive technical information that can be very helpful in quickly analyzing and solving the problem.

Response time to support request:
To meet the standard agreement, we will register your support request within one working day and try to resolve it. If you are currently using AnnTac Online PLUS, our response time is 2 hours. If you have special requests for your support agreement, AnnTac also provides the possibility to create an SLA (Service Level Agreement). Local Support - AnnTac products:
Local support for AnnTac products installed on PCs and laptops within customers’ office environment is not free of charge for the standard agreement. You can submit your questions about support here. To get free support from AnnTac on local installations of AnnTac products, you can subscribe to our AnnTac Online PLUS package. This will completely relieve your entire archiving process from your PC or laptop to your digital archive in the cloud.

Local Support - Scanners:
Scanning documents is an essential part of our solution, which is why we are trying our best to guide our customers through choosing the most suitable scanner. You can also use an AnnTac scanner at a very affordable rate. For more information about optimal scanning to an AnnTac archive, you can download our brochure here.

Online support:
We are an online service company that provides all the services in the cloud. Likewise, our customer service is completely online to streamline the work process. We use our ticketing system to handle support requests. Customers can contact us through available online options. Phone support is currently not available and our support team will contact you by telephone, if necessary.

Remote support:
Our support team can ask you if we can "take a look” by using TeamViewer product. TeamViewer is a tool that allows our support employee to temporarily see your screen via a secure connection, and use your keyboard and mouse to solve your problem.
